My passion is teaching people to move with awareness, intention, and self-respect. As someone who’s walked through injury and transformation myself, I know how important it is to feel safe and supported in your workouts.

I’ve been teaching movement since 2008, but my real transformation began after a serious back injury forced me to slow down, reconnect, and completely rethink my relationship with exercise. What was once about pushing harder became a journey of healing, listening, and honoring my body.
That experience ignited my passion for the deeper layers of movement — the kind that supports not just your muscles, but your mind, nervous system, and spirit. I’m endlessly curious and committed to learning, with ongoing studies in biomechanics, somatics, trauma-informed training, breath work, and nervous system regulation.
Kinnect4 is the program that brings together everything I’ve learned —rooted in science, grounded in compassion, and designed to help you feel more at home in your body, not less.
